Handle full sets of accounts and prepare monthly financial reports under guidance of Accountant.
Maintain proper accounting records and files i.e. tax, audit, management reports, according to standard procedures and in compliance with statutory requirements.
Generate daily accounting documentation i.e. cheque payments, receipts, expense claims, etc.
Implement an effective, accurate and efficient internal control system on daily financial transactions.
Update daily accounting transactions into accounting system (MYOB) and Campus Management System (CMS).
Assist in daily office and finance administration matters.
Perform any other related duties or ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
Requirements:
A recognised Diploma in Accounting/ Finance or LCCI Intermediate/ Professional Accounting Qualification (ACCA, CIMA) or Bachelor Degree in Finance/ Accounting.
Preferably with at least 2 – 3 years of related working experience in the education sector.
A keen eye for details self-motivated with strong analytical skills and committed to meet deadlines.
A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge in accounting software (MYOB) and education database system will be an added advantage.

This position will report to the respective Programme Leader. This role involves the teaching, research and development of various broadcasting and multimedia design modules, and industry-academia collaboration initiatives. As lecturer, you will be charged with developing students to become professional broadcast and multimedia designers with good leadership qualities and a strong passion for the arts.
roles & Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for teaching full-time diplomas, and degree students, including supervision of student-industry projects.
Your role will entail curriculum development of the modules, delivering tutorials, workshops, seminars and lectures on Broadcasting and Multimedia Design to the students.
You should be fluent in the following subjects Field Production, Multi-camera Production, Studio Production, Introduction to Editing, Advance Editing, Documentary Production/Studies, Screenwriting, and Short Film Production.
You will coach and mentor students, as well as supervise student activities and projects.
You will be involved in marking and grading assignments and ensuring that all students meet the relevant course assessment criteria.
You will undertake research and professional practice in Broadcasting and Creative and Multimedia Content Development for the Programmes and for personal self-development.
Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Broadcasting or Multimedia Design specializing in broadcast / video production or equivalent with at least 3 years of industry experience and at least 3 years of teaching experience in higher education.
Ability to lead and motivate students to achieve the programme’s objectives.
Must possess strong academic leadership skills; broad understanding of academic fields; vision and creativity with respect to programme design, standards, and development.
Manage and/or set up classroom for full-time & part-time lectures.
Assist IT & Broadcasting Department for troubleshooting or maintenance for Audio/Visual and Broadcasting Equipments, as well as computer software and hardware.
Admin/Moderator for Broadcasting Equipments and booking of Studios & Computer Labs.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

As the Head of Department, you will also serve as a spokesperson for promoting professionalism in the multimedia and creative content industry.
Responsibilities:

As Head of Department, you will monitor academic programmes in accordance with the standards set by MQA in ensuring all programmes receive accreditation.
As Head of Department, you will assist in the recruitment and supervising of part-time lecturers.
Requirements:
MA in Multimedia Design or equivalent with at least 3 years of industry experience (in a managerial position) and at least 3 years of teaching experience in higher education.
